Michael got his start in the chauffeured transportation industry as a part-time chauffeur in 1996. In 2001, he purchased his first two vehicles to start Able Limousine and quickly expanded his company to be a leading transportation company in the Northeast with over 25 vehicles.
Prior to founding Able Limousine, Inc. in 2001, Michael worked for CVS Pharmacy for nine years in a high volume management role where he received top customer service honors. Drawing on his experience at CVS, Michael established a foundation of building lasting relationships with clients, team members, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service and a worry-free, safe, and memorable experience that exceeds expectation. This philosophy enabled Michael and his team to build Able Limousine into the company that it is today.
Michael provides leadership in the industry by holding a seat on the New England Livery Associations (NELA) Board of Directors, and he makes his voice heard by having membership in the National Livery Association (NLA); the Taxicab, Limousine, & Paratransit Association (TLPA); the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), and the United States Chamber of Commerce.
David began his career at Able Limousine as a Chauffeur after more than 30 years in sales, business development and customer service and was quickly promoted to Affiliate Relations Manager. His current position is Business Development Manager in which he specializes in sales, client relations and account management.
Initially responsible for building worldwide affiliate networks, establishing relationships with chauffeured transportation providers in over 400 cities worldwide, David created a pricing grid for transfer rates for over 40 major airports in North America to expedite and create a more seamless reservation process for out of state or out of market rides.
David assists Facilities Managers, Travel Managers, Event Managers, Executives Assistants, C-Level Executives, and Office Managers plan and manage their ground transportation by identifying needs and requirements to set up their account profile with any special requirements or preferences. The goal is to create the most convenient booking experience with the most reliable, safest and most comfortable experience possible for our clients. David also reviews detailed reports on executive travel needs, popular destination locations, reviews passenger history, revenues, insures no surge pricing and improves cost effectiveness, profitability, increased capacity, develops sustainability, ensures compliance and brings value to our clients. Since joining Able in 2014, he’s helped hundreds of Corporations and individuals in the Corporate Business Travel & Logistic Sector by planning and executing travel events from simple airport transfers to 300 person corporate events to 300 person high-end destination weddings.
Joshua started his professional career in the moving industry in a family owned and operated business for 16 years before he transitioned to Able on June 2012. He started out as a Dispatcher and Customer Service rep, and worked his way up to a driver. He worked hard to get his CDL license and took on short haul driving. After that, Joshua went into the warehouse before returning to his roots with Able’s office work. Joshua took on the role of Operations Manager in July 2015. He oversees the chauffeurs and the fleet, among other responsibilities.
Like the rest of Able’s staff, Joshua is committed to ensuring every ride is on time and safe, and that each client feels like a true VIP.
On his free time, Joshua enjoys going to York Beach in Maine. He also enjoys playing golf and is a Boston sports fan. His favorite teams are the Patriots and Red Sox.
Justina has been in the Customer Service field for 11 years. Prior to working at Able, she worked in the Motor Coach industry for 4 years. Justina began her career at Able as a dispatcher in 2013, and was promoted in May 0f 2015 as the Client Services Manager, mainly responsible for all dispatch and billing management. She also coordinates weddings, proms, special events, and assists with Affiliate relations.
She loves working with people and enjoys the relationships she has built with clients, both retail and corporate, over the years. Most of Able’s clients are on a first name basis with Justina, and she loves that. She is an advocate for Able’s clients and pushes the staff she manages to provide the best service possible – from vehicle cleanliness, to temperature in the car, to the spelling of their name on the Reservation, and everything in between. She believes the service Able provides is a premium service and does not allow room for errors that can be prevented.
In Justina’s free time, she enjoys watching her son play baseball and helping him practice, and taking frequent weekend trips to New York to visit her family.

Chauffeurs are carefully screened and receive ongoing professional training. Before being hired, every chauffeur is required to successfully complete a comprehensive training course that includes safe driving techniques, pre-trip inspections, emergency procedures, customer service, and professionalism. All chauffeurs must undergo regular mandatory driving, criminal, and drug and alcohol checks. Customer surveys, incident reports, and reviews are maintained for each chauffeur. Only those with a history of safe driving and excellent customer relations remain on the Able Limousine team.
